  Model

 \n\n\nThis full-day training will provide a thorough overview on the Compo
 nents for Enhancing Clinician Experience and Reducing Trauma (CE-CERT) mod
 el. CE-CERT is a skills-based model for supporting emotional well-being in
  the helping professions. The five core components of CE-CERT: Experientia
 l Engagement\, Reducing Rumination\, Conscious Narrative\, Reducing Emotio
 nal Labor\, and Parasympathetic Recovery\, and the acquirable skills withi
 n each will be taught through both didactic and experiential activities.\n
 \nThis training is open to both clinical and non-clinical staff. \n\nLear
 ning Objectives:\n1) Participants will learn and discuss assumptions and m
 yths associated with work-related secondary traumatic stress.\n2) Particip
 ants will learn the five core components of CE-CERT and how to apply their
  associated micro-interventions to support professional and personal well-
 being.\n\nCost:\nThe cost of training is $100. Training is provided at no 
 cost to providers working at agencies contracted with the OK Department of
  Mental Health Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) on select child trauma s

 raining:\nThose in a supervisory role are encouraged to attend the CE-CERT
  Supervisor Training and the 10 consultation calls following the full-day 
 training for full implementation of the model and application of the CE-CE
 RT skills. The cost of the Supervisor Training and Consultation is $300. 
 Training is provided at no cost to providers working at agencies contracte
 d with the OK Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSA

 cation \nCEUS are approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Heal

  be offered for the full-day CE-CERT Training on December 5\, 2024.\n- 3 C
 EUs will be offered for the Supervisor's Training on December 6\, 2024.\n\
